On 27th September, 2025, the Abuja small group of the Data Privacy Lawyers Association of Nigeria gathered for our inaugural meeting at the picturesque Millennium Park, Abuja. It was an absolute delight to finally meet fellow colleagues and like-minded professionals in person, sharing ideas and passion for data privacy law.

The meeting provided a wonderful platform for us to discuss ways to further the community objectives of the Association, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking opportunities. We’re excited about the prospects of working together to advance data privacy practices in Nigeria and beyond.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this event possible, and to those who attended – it was truly a pleasure! Here’s to many more meetings and milestones ahead!
